To apply for a new connection, the documents required are

✔  1 Passport size photo self-attested

✔  1 Customer Application Form (CAF) duly filled and self-attested

✔  Photocopy of Residential Proof – Electricity Bill, Water bill, Banking Statement (any 1 will do)

✔  Photocopy of Permanent Address Proof – Adhaar Card, Ration Card, Driving License etc (any 1 will do)
