We are hiring Fiber Optic Technicians to join our Internet services team in Jwalamukhi area. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed ITI in IT/ Networking/ Electrical trade.
Job Description:
1. Complete Field Work.
2. Candidate would be traveling to customers’ locations to rectify the faults & installation in-network, last-mile connectivity.
Education: Diploma / ITI/10th/+2.
Role and Responsibility:
- Responsible for fault finding & rectification of field complaints in Optic Fiber Cable.
- Maintenance of fiber cable last-mile connectivity.
- Installation of the ONT/ OFC laying/ Installation of service.
- Customer premises up-gradation.
- Updating system.
- Responsibility Wi-Fi Router configuration/Switch configuration / Splicing / OTDR handling / Cable pulling ( On Field Job)
Pre Requisites:
- Should have a two-wheeler.
- Basic Splicer Knowledge (Optional)
- Should be willing to work in flexible timings.
- Should have a flair for customer service.
- Ready to work in the field support team
Location: Jwalamukhi
Salary: ₹8,000.00 to ₹10,000.00 /month
