Optical Fibre Connection Troubleshoot steps:
- Check all the wires for any loose or bent connection.
- Unplug and re-plug the wire and adapter once.
- Check for the RED light on LOS after a few seconds.
- If the RED light disappears, kindly check your connection.
- If the RED light is still there kindly inform us as there might be fiber cut, power or some other issue which needs to be rectified.
Radio Frequency Troubleshoot steps:
- Check for a RED CROSS or YELLOW TRIANGLE at the bottom of your screen.
- Check if cables are connected properly and are inserted in the right ports.
- Restart the router and device by unplugging and then plugging the adapters.
