Fast, secure and reliable Wi-Fi is becoming the hospitality industry’s top amenity.
Are you in the game?

It’s incredibly frustrating when your Wi-Fi network is connected but your internet isn’t working. Why isn’t your Wi-Fi working? A lot of different things could be the culprit. Sometimes the solution is simple—maybe your router is out of date or just needs a quick reboot. But sometimes it’s a little more complicated. A faulty Wi-Fi connection doesn’t have to ruin your day. There are plenty of ways you can restore a lost internet connection.

Follow these network troubleshooting tips before reaching our helpdesk and you’ll be up and running in no time.

Optical Fibre Connection Troubleshoot steps:

  • Check all the wires for any loose or bent connection.
  • Unplug and re-plug the wire and adapter once.
  • Check for the RED light on LOS after a few seconds.
  • If the RED light disappears, kindly check your connection.
  • If the RED light is still there kindly inform us as there might be fiber cut, power or some other issue which needs to be rectified.

Radio Frequency Troubleshoot steps:

  • Check for a RED CROSS or YELLOW TRIANGLE at the bottom of your screen.
  • Check if cables are connected properly and are inserted in the right ports.
  • Restart the router and device by unplugging and then plugging the adapters.
